Ava Huang is a Broker Associate and luxury real estate advisor with over a decade of experience representing buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Orange County and Los Angeles County.
Originally from Hainan Island, China, Ava came to California with two suitcases, a clear vision, and the determination to build a meaningful life and career. She earned a bachelor’s degree in International Business with a minor in Real Estate from Cal Poly Pomona, developing a strong foundation in market analysis, strategic thinking, and negotiation.
A defining experience with a difficult tenant while Ava was still in college shaped the purpose behind her work. It inspired her to understand real estate from the inside out—not only to protect herself, but also to ensure that her clients have a knowledgeable and dependable advocate when navigating important financial decisions.
Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, Ava serves both local and international clients, with a particular strength in helping Chinese-speaking buyers and investors navigate the Southern California real estate market. Her bicultural perspective allows her to bridge communication gaps, anticipate challenges, and guide complex transactions with clarity, discretion, and confidence.
